Outdoor Activity




My principal outdoor activity is going to the trips of my university for my career.
Really I’m not sporty, I’m very bad for the sports, and my physic condition is dreadful. In my infancy I liked very much go to play with my neighbors, I played football, races, roller skating and cycling. But after my life became very sedentary, the asignature that I hated in school was physical education. I really did not do anything at that time.


Is for this that I could say that my unique outdoor activity is travel to differents place of my country, know, study, etc.
Fortunately I had a chance to go to several places like the beach “Las Cruces” andCartagena”, a national park can not remember his name, Lo Valdez, the mountains, to Farellones, etc., but definitely the place I liked know was Cahuil.
Was the longer trip, its duration was 4 days. We met people there and its attractions, as the lake is around.
Last year I had the opportunity to do a sport at my university, did aerobics. At first it was very difficult for me to keep pace, plus the teacher was very strict with me because I was not a good student.
We did many exercises of legs, arms and abs. The final test was to do 100 crunches and jogging for 30 minutes. Actually to me this was absolutely impossible, but I finally do.
For me it was a great achievement and overcoming for my body, maybe after I enroll in this sport again.
